At Cirino, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with an easy return, exchange, and refund process.

Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags
  • Not show any signs of wear or damage

Products returned without original packaging or in used condition may not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Incorrect item received

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days after delivery. Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product is out of stock after return approval
  • The received item is damaged or incorrect and cannot be replaced

After inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customers
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance or sale items
